Three Wacco team members attended PBM’s annual training – Ed Tilley, Jeff Consolvo, and Tom Smith – in April.
It was Tom’s first time and Jeff’s second time attending PBM’s manufacturer’s representative training course. Both felt the training was a valuable experience which will lead to them both being able to help their customers with any PBM ball valve related questions or concerns.
Tom focused on sales and inventory related information. He was excited to finally meet some of the PBM sales staff that he’s been interacting with every day since he started with Wacco. Jeff and Ed concentrated on learning more about custom and unique applications where PBM valves were used to solve customer problems.
Each year Wacco sends each sales person – inside and outside – to at least one factory
